Up a small country road, in the town of Pauwela, there's a building that once housed the Libby's Pineapple Cannery. In this historic cannery there is a grass-roots bakery called
BAKED ON MAUI
Launched by a local family who saw a community that deserved real, fresh food made from scratch. Starting with an oven and a dream, our little bakery has become a hub for friends and families from all over.
ALOHA IN EVERY BITE
Ovens firing up at midnight, our dedicated bakers knead, whip, and mix their way to perfection. Our goodies are all over Maui, and are just begging to meet you.
